William W. Acuff CPA, CFF, CFE, CIA, CGMA Bill is director of forensic accounting and internal audit services with Decosimo and has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting providing assurance services and working with attorneys and others in helping to resolve allegations of white-collar crime and financial performance by conducting investigations, including the use of data analytics and data mining software, conducting risk fraud assessments and training and evaluating internal control systems and processes. Bill is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University, with post baccalaureate work at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He is a member of the AICPA, Georgia Society of CPAs, Tennessee Society of CPAs, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). He is a past president and current Board member of the Chattanooga area chapter of the ACFE, a member of the Forensic and Valuation Services Conference Task Force of the TSCPA, and serves on the Board of Governors of the Chattanooga area chapter of the IIA. He is an AICPA CFF Champion and a CFF Mentor.
