Susan Billeaud
Susan Billeaud is a business transactions attorney in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to her work as general counsel for start-ups and privately-held businesses, Susan has particular experience assisting certified women-owned and minority-owned businesses or those seeking such certification with issues including pre-application planning, succession planning, reapplication, and pre- and post-certification fundraising and restructuring. While a presenter for Surgent McCoy CPE, L.L.C., Susan continues her business law and commercial litigation practice of more than 15 years. She is licensed in Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, and Texas; and has also presented seminars on behalf of the Louisiana Association of Enrolled Agents, the Acadiana Small Business Development Center, the Louisiana Tech Park, and C4 Atlanta, among others. Susan earned her Juris Doctor degree cum laude at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Louisiana State University.
