Gary Wheeler
Gary Wheeler, SPHR, GPHR, CCP, CBP Gary is the founder and principle owner of The Virtual HR Director, LLC and has been providing consulting, coaching and training services since 2004. Gary is a 24-year veteran of United Parcel Service (UPS) where he held various assignments in Operations, Industrial Engineering and Human Resources. He received a B.S in Human Resources and an MBA from the University Of Maryland University College (UMUC). He also holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and several HR certifications (SPHR, GPHR, CCP, CBP). Gary has served as a director on the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), SHRM-Atlanta, Atlanta Community Food Bank, Global Diversity and Inclusion (GDIF), and WorldatWork Compensation Advisory Boards. He is also a senior consultant and facilitator for PRISM International, Inc., a global provider of diversity, culture and inclusion training for Fortune 500 companies where he has performed training at Siemens Health Care, Unilever, Abbott Laboratories, Verizon Wireless and others. For the past 15-years, Gary has spoken at numerous conferences and association meetings on topics ranging from strategy to technology. In 2011 Gary was accepted as a Vistage International speaker, a very prestigious CEO coaching organization.
