William A. Rountree
William A Rountree is an attorney who specializes in bankruptcy and creditors rights cases for Macey, Wilensky, Kessler & Hennings, LLC. He currently holds Bar admissions for the State Bar of Georgia and U.S. District Courts of Northern District of Georgia, Middle District of Georgia, and Southern District of Georgia. He currently co-chairs the Creditors' Rights Section and is a member of the Newsletter Committee for the State Bar of Georgia. In addition to the State Bar of Georgia, Mr. Rountree is also a member of Atlanta Bar Association and volunteers for the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and The Reaffirmation Project. Mr. Rountree served on the Editorial Board for the Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy. He also was Law Clerk (1999-2000) to the Honorable Steven H. Friedman, U. S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida. Mr. Rountree attained his B.A. from Emory University in 1995 and his J.D. from the University of Florida in 1999.
