Area of Specialization-Sales and Use Tax Experience David is a Senior Manager in the Atlanta office of Ernst & Young LLP, responsible for providing proactive sales and use tax planning opportunities to Clients in the Southeast Area. David joined the firm after spending two years as Manager with a public accounting firm in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to his public accounting experience, David was a Sales and Use Tax Analyst for General Electric Company. He has over nine years combined industry and public accounting experience in a multistate environment, and has performed work within various industries, including manufacturing, leasing, telecommunications, services, retail, and broadcasting.
