SOLICITATION OF APPLICANTS TO SERVE AS SUBCHAPTER V TRUSTEES The U.S. Department of Justice, Office of the U.S. Trustee, seeks resumes from persons wishing to be considered for inclusion in pools of trustees who may be appointed on a case-by-case basis to administer bankruptcy cases filed under the Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019 (Subchapter V), which amended chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Code. Those with business, managerial, consulting, mediation and operational experience are encouraged to apply. Trustees are not federal government employees. All resumes must be received on or before November 15, 2019.
