John Hancock Retirement Plan Services Hires Michael G. Johnson as Regional Vice President, Greater Atlanta Region BOSTON, April 7, 2010 - Michael G. Johnson has been hired as Regional Vice President, Atlanta, John Hancock Retirement Plan Services (RPS), it was announced by Arthur Creel, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, John Hancock RPS. In this role, Johnson is responsible for the company's sales and sales support in the Greater Atlanta region. "I am very pleased that Michael will be overseeing the Greater Atlanta region for us," said Bob Carroll, Divisional Vice President, Eastern Division, John Hancock RPS. "He brings experience, knowledge and energy to the position as well as in-depth knowledge of the area." Johnson most recently served as a Senior Retirement Sales Representative for Principal Financial Group. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia and an M.B.A. from Kennesaw State University
