Larry Korak
Larry Korak serves as the Managing director of the Atlanta office of Jefferson Wells International and has over twenty years of success in leading the conception, development and implementation of significant growth and business improvement initiatives within a wide variety of business ventures and industries. Prior to joining JWI, Larry was a Parmer with Deloitte Consulting where he led teams to accomplish complex initiatives including: traditional and "new economy" strategic planning, business process reengineering, supply chain management, customer relationship management, organizational restructuring, financial planning mad other shareholder value improvement initiatives.
