Cancellation/Transfer Policy: Should you need to cancel or transfer a course, please call 404-231-8676 or 800-330-8889 Opt. 3, or email cpe@gscpa.org as soon as possible.

Cancellations/Transfers made up to three weeks before a seminar or conference will not incur an administration fee. Cancellations/Transfers made during the Standard Fee time frame are subject to a $50 administration fee. Cancellations/Transfers made one or two business days before an event are subject to a $100 administration fee for members; $150 administration fee for nonmembers. Cancellations/No Shows on the date of the event forfeit the entire registration fee. No refunds or transfer of fees will be made after the date of the course. Substitutions among members and nonmembers are welcomed at any time with no administration charge, however, nonmember substitutes must pay the nonmember course fee.

Late Arrival: Your seat and program materials will be held for 60 minutes after class begins. If you have not notified GSCPA by 9:30 a.m. that you are still going to attend, your materials may be given to another individual who is present and wishes to register for the class. If you arrive later, you may attend the class and will receive your materials at the earliest possible date after the program.

Lunch and Dietary Needs: Lunch is provided for all full-day seminars and conferences. Lunch is NOT provided for half day classes. If you have a specific need, please contact the CPE Department at least 48 hours prior to the date of the event.
