Leadership Academy
The Georgia Society of CPAs is proud to present the Leadership Academy. This program positions participants to accept responsibility as business and organization leaders through improved critical thinking, enhanced communication, and fostering team-building skills.
The Leadership Academy will motivate employees to apply skills learned to their company, organization, and personal life. Participants will learn to develop high-performance teams that get results because they know how to lead a team - not just manage it. Following the four-session program, the graduating class will be empowered with skills to increase productivity, life morale, and improve quality.
