Public Service Award Guidelines

All nominees must complete this form in its entirety to be considered for the GSCPA award. Attachments, such as references and background articles, are welcome but cannot be submitted in lieu of the official application form. Please note that only public service activities should be described. The nominee must be a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs. Professional service related to accounting organizations is not considered in determining the award winner and, therefore, should not be included. Also note that this year we have added a section that provides the nominees an opportunity to supply personal, subjective information on their meriting an award.
