The Georgia Society of CPAs’ Educational Foundation was formed in 1957 to aid and advance education and research relating to the study, teaching and practice of accountancy and allied fields.

The Foundation is comprised of volunteer officers and a board of directors, who are all members of the Georgia Society, and has its own set of bylaws. The Foundation's goals are accomplished through the sponsorship of programs and scholarships.

 

What's New

The Educational Foundation is kicking off the 50th Anniversary Endowment Campaign. The goal for is to raise $1,000,000 in contributions and pledges by December 2007.  All contributions and pledges made to the Endowment Fund during this time period will be matched, dollar for dollar, by the Georgia Society of CPAs. To make a contribution to the foundation, please complete the gift form and fax it to 404-237-1291.

The mission of Education Foundation of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, Inc. is to encourage the best and the brightest individuals in Georgia to become Certified Public Accountants.

Educational Foundation Scholarships

The Educational Foundation of the GSCPA sponsors an annual scholarship program that provides financial support to accounting students in Georgia and grants to college and university accounting programs.
