How to register for the 2011 Annual Convention and Leadership Council Meeting?
If you are registering for the Council Meeting only, you will still need to fill out the registration form below.

Group Rate: $204 + tax per night (Coastal View Rooms)

Hotel reservations should be made using the options below. Reservations must be made by May 11, 2011. The group rate and room availability cannot be guaranteed after May 11. Room availability may be limited outside of main program dates, so if you plan on extending your time at the Ritz before or after the convention, please make your reservation as soon as possible. Hotel is SOLD OUT on Saturday, June 25.

Options to make your reservation:
1. Call 1-800-241-3333 and inform the reservation desk you are with the GSCPA Annual Convention.

2. Make your reservation online. You will need to use group code GSCGSCA to receive the group rate.

Information about hotel:
At this time the hotel does not have any extra availability before or after the conference. You can be added to the waiting list for the group rate and a room, but it will not be guranteed. Hotel is sold out of group rate rooms the weekend after convention due to the holiday, but does have a few rooms available at a higher rate. If you plan on staying, make your reservations soon as the hotel plans on selling out due to the holiday weekend.

The hotel only offers valet parking. The GSCPA has contracted a reduced rate of $12 per car/per night with the hotel.

Wireless internet is available in the guest rooms only for $4.95 per night.
