Register Today!

Members can now register for the 2010 Annual Convention and Spring Leadership Council Meeting. Please click here for a schedule of events. The final schedule will be posted as soon as available with CPE information. New this year will be a Family Style Picnic and Show Your Shag reception on Tuesday evening. Please join the Society for hamburgers and chicken while learning to do the dance of South Carolina - the Shag.

 

Hotel Information
Hotel reservations can be made online or contact the Westin at 1-800-WESTIN-1. If you make your reservations by phone, you must tell them you are with the GSCPA Annual Convention to receive the group rate.

The group rate is $169 per night. A $12 resort fee per day will be charged. The resort fee includes:

  • Overnight self-parking
  • Shuttle to Port Royal Golf, Tennis and Shelter Cover Mall & Marina
  • 24 hour access and use of Westin Workout
  • Unsecured wireless internet access in lobby and guest rooms
  • Access and use of Westin Business Center
  • Local and toll free call access

Taxes are not included in the rates above. An 11% tax (includes beach preservation fee) will be charged to rooms and a 9% tax will be charged on the resort fee. Their is also an additional $1 tourism fee.

Reservations must be made by May 14, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. to secure the group rate. Any reservations made after May 14th are based on the hotel's availability and a group rate cannot be guaranteed.
